Terms of Service

1. What we provide

MyInstaGIF designs and animates custom GIF stickers and publishes them through our approved GIPHY channel, tagged with the name and brand details you provide.

2. Delivery

We target delivery within 5 business days after receiving everything we need from you. Search indexing by third-party platforms may take additional time and is outside our control.

3. Revisions

Every package includes one round of revisions.

4. Refunds

If your stickers are not live in search within 10 business days, we will refund your purchase.

5. Your content

You confirm you have the right to use the names, logos, images and phrases you send us, and you grant us permission to use them to create and publish your stickers.

6. Payment

Packages are a one-time payment with no subscription. Additional stickers can be purchased separately.

7. No affiliation

MyInstaGIF is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, Meta or GIPHY. References to those platforms describe where and how the service works.
